Pumpkin Roll
Tested in Janet's kitchen & Rated ****stars by the crew at Belleair Coins/The Silver Queen.  Let us know what you think.

1 cup sugar     1 tsp.baking soda  1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon   3 eggs   3/4 cup flour  2/3 cup pumpkin

Mix first 7 ingredients together with mixer and pour onto a waxed paper lined large cookie sheet or jelly roll pan.    Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven & turn over onto wet linen type towel while hot.  Immediately remove waxed paper & roll up.

Cool slightly.  Unroll   & spread with filling.  Reroll & slice.

FILLING RECIPE

1 8oz pkg cream cheese  2 tbsp. butter    1 tsp vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
