1/2 cup butter 1 tsp. soda 3 tsp. cinnamon 2 1/2 cups diced apples 1 cup chopped walnuts 2 tbsp boiling water 1 tsp salt 1 cup sugar 1 Cup flour 1 egg mix all ingredients, adding apples & nuts last. pour into 9" greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 Minutes. Serve topped with whipped cream or Ice Cream 07/01/99 |
