Paula Harvey's Easy Italian Ziti

At every Soroptimist Christmas Party, we have enjoyed Paula's Ziti.

Ingredients: 1 lb. hot or mild Italian sausage
1 large jar spaghetti sauce (I use Prego)
1 lb. box Ziti
2 - 3 cups grated Italian cheeses 
Preparation: Boil Ziti according to package directions. Drain
Break up Italian sausage into small bite size
pieces. Brown in skillet until pink is gone. Drain
Mix together in a large bowl cooked Ziti, cooked Italian sausage and jar of spaghetti sauce.
Pour half of sausage mixture into 9X13 baking dish. Top with 1 - 1 � cups grated cheese.
Pour remainder of sausage mixture over cheese.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Top with remainder of grated cheese.
Bake 5 more minutes, or until cheese melts.    Dec 2000
