Martha's  Frosted Cauliflower

here is the great cauliflower recipe.  Enjoy!

 FROSTED CAULIFLOWER

 1 head of cauliflower, washed and cored, but left whole

1/2 Cup Hellman's Real Mayonnaise

2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard

1 1/2 to 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

Paprika 

 Steam cauliflower, covered, in microwave for 10 minutes on high. 

If you have an extra large cauliflower, steam 12 minutes. 

Mix mustard and mayonnaise and frost the cooked cauliflower. 

Cover with grated cheese,  patting it onto the sides of the cauliflower so that entire surface is covered.

 Microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes, just until cheese is melted.  Sprinkle  paprika on top.  Serve and enjoy! 

 

Note:  be sure to use real mayonnaise, no substitutes, please!
