Salmon with Baby Vegetables in Dill Sauce � Harriet Crozier 

1 � to 2 pounds fresh salmon filets

Place filets in greased 9X13-inch baking pan.  Bake in a preheated 400^o oven for 30  to 40 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

 1 package (16ounce) Birds Eye Baby Pea Blend � cooked according to package direction. ( don�t cook all the way, like our vegetables a little crunchy)

Dill Sauce: 

3 tablespoons melted butter     
3 tablespoons flour
1 � cup milk      
 � teaspoon salt
Pinch black pepper
 2 tablespoons grated onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice   
 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
