Slice several sweet potatoes or yams very thin.
Spray baking stone or baking sheet with cooking spray.
Spread sliced potatoes on baking sheet.  Spray lightly  with more cooking spray.
Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning  or dill & garlic salt  or your favorite seasoning.
Bake at 425 degrees until crisp & slightly brown.   (about 20 minutes)
