Bride's Sixpence
T H E L U C K Y S I L V E R SIX P E N C E
English and British Commonwealth brides would
never think of walking down the isle without the
traditional silver six pence in the shoe. There is
an old English poem that goes, "Something old,
something new, something borrowed, something
blue, and a lucky sixpence for the bride's shoe.".

These come in a hard plastic presentation case printed on the
back with the complete story about the silver pence. All the coins are solid
silver. Those dated 1904-1946 are $3.95. The much scarcer Queen Victoria
silver sixpence (1838-1903) are $8.95. These coins are assorted dates. Choice will be by the
company from a lot all equal in value.
