Swarovski is a family owned company just as is The Silver Queen. Each figurine is made out of individually made crystals held together by a special glue. The metals used on the products are either rhodium or 18 karat gold plate. Pieces that have been Broken or Damaged may be returned to Swarovski by the customer. You may email us here to obtain the Swarovski telephone number. Because the pieces are made of individual pieces, sometimes they may be able to be replaced. If your piece is completely broken, Swarovski will replace it at a much lesser cost. These transactions are completely between Swarovski & you. Be sure to determine cost before sending. All pieces must be returned in their original boxes. Boxes are especially made for each piece. No refunds will be given by the Silver Queen without the original box. There is no replacement or repair on retired pieces. Annual Pieces must be ordered by December 31st. This means that the Silver Queen must have lead time to place the order. No orders on Annual Pieces will be accepted after December 24th. Delivery will be by July of the following year. All Swarovski pieces are trademarked with a Swan.

Swarovski pieces can be washed with a mild soap & water. Dry immediately. Never soak or put in dishwasher. You may use our crystal chandelier cleaner.
